Why do I have anxiety symptoms but do not feel fear?
Bit of a tricky question but it’s the best I can ask right now.
I”ve had some trouble with anxiety for a little while, about a year or two now. Run of the mill stuff. But not very many panic attacks. Mostly just being aware of little hints that had sent me into a panic attack before and keeping it in mind constantly to make sure I don’t have another panic attack. Fear of going into a panic attack anxiety.
Well recently I came into a mind set of knowing why I go into constant nagging anxiety, and that somehow eliminated my anxiety in the day. But now I”m struck with anxiety when I go to bed so I have difficulty going to sleep.
But This is where it’s tricky to explain. I go into anxiety, not an attack. But Im not sure If I am or not becasue I don’t feel panic. I do not feel fear but I think I’m suffering from anxiety attacks.
Right now I think I’m having anxiety attack symptoms are completely different than what I had in the past. I feel like Im having a constant hot flash just under my skin, mainly on my chest. It’s a mixture of feeling hot and cold at the same time.I touched my skin but I felt no heat. I’m also shaking pretty good. My throat feels that sort of ‘vacancy’ right before you would throw up or getting into the stages of throwing up. My intestinal track is working over time and building up a lot of gas and some minor discomfort. I went to bed feeling like this at 2:57 this morning and woke up around 10-15 minutes ago feeling the same way but with an accelerated heart heart. My heart rate is still slightly accelerated. And I still feel no panic or anxiety. And that freaks me out the most. Or would freak me out if I could experience fear.
I’m not sure if this is something of an anxiety attack with something else. But Im tired of the anxiety thing I don’t like not being able to feel fear when I should be able to.

Anxiety disorder is excessive and unrealistic worry over a period of at least six months associated with three of the following:
Restlessness
Easy fatigue
Difficulty concentrating
Irritability or explosive anger
Muscle tension
Sleep disturbances
Personality changes such as becoming less social
Sometimes anxiety explodes in a panic attack, marked by a general feeling of terror. A person engulfed in a panic attack usually experiences a racing or pounding heart, sometimes even pain or heaviness in the chest. Breathing becomes difficult. The body trembles and hands turn clammy. The person may notice tingling in their hands and feet, sometimes in their arms and legs. They may start to feel light-headed.
That’s not the symptom easy to get rid of. I had panic attack and anxiety high level almost 5 years. Such was terrible time for me and my family. Pain-full and stress-ful all the time. My doctor gave me many different medicine and even Xanax still id not help,
Luckily I ave found te method that work on me and helped me get rid of panic attack forever. I have readsome good stories about the people who successed when used the same method here:
